Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections:
- Activewear
- Jeans
- Pants
- Shirts
- Shorts
- Sweatshirts
- T-Shirts & Polos
Return Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation must be included
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package your items and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
