Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Items

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items including:

  • Jeans
  • Pants
  • Shirts

  • Sweatshirts
  • T-Shirts & Polos

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Items with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Swimwear and undergarments without original hygiene seals

Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with the RMA number visible on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Exchange Process

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement size
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items
