6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items with removed tags or signs of wear
• Swimwear and undergarments without original hygiene seals

6.3 Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Include a copy of your order confirmation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

For size exchanges, follow the return process and indicate your desired size. We will cover shipping costs for replacement items. If your size is unavailable, we will contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.

International customers:

• Should mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
